Appointment cancellation

Appointment cancellations can be made:

by 9:00 AM on the business day before the scheduled appointment, via phone or SMS at

+36-30 320 0597.

In this case, the cancellation is free of charge. If the appointment is canceled late or not canceled at all, the patient is responsible for paying the fee for the missed session. This payment obligation remains even if the cancellation is due to an unexpected event (e.g., illness, transportation difficulties, other important matters, or forgetfulness, etc.). This is considered a risk assumed by the patient.

We will make an agreement with the patient regarding the above at the first meeting.
